Problem Note 63155: "ERROR: There was an error submitting the provided code..." occurs when you run the upload_content.sas file to install SAS® CECL v08.2017

When you run the upload_content.sas file as part of the install process for the SAS Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) v08.2017 content release, the content upload fails. Also, errors similar to the following and a stack traceback occur in the SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench log:
